This Fashion Foods update provides awareness and news of developments in New Variety options.

A unique genetic pool, homeopathic guidelines and exhaustive growing, storage, logistics and marketing trials compliment an exclusive Global licence structure, the Lost Orchard® Company. Intergenerational security is inherent in propagation, growing and distribution rights, acquired by shareholding in the Lost Orchard® Company Master licence.

GOLDI® brings new dimensions to the pipfruit category and marketing versatility. Attractive, visually different, exceptional flavour combined with intense sweetness and aroma consistently highlight reviews: “the best apple I ever tried.”

Featuring; Brix 17 – dry matter 17% – Storage up to 12 months (smartfresh® + polyliner) extended ambient temp shelf life and normal handling characteristics.

“Protein Plus” – protein 300% (control) radically unique internal composition; Vitamin C 166% – carbohydrate 124% – offers diverse marketing potential.

Trialled over 15 years growing, handling, packing, storage, logistics and marketing.
